Haberfield Public School String Ensemble is made up of about 20 students from years 2 to 6. Students can join the ensemble if they have been learning a string instrument (violin, viola, cello, double bass, and sometimes piano & guitar) for about 12 months. The ensemble performs each year in the Performing Arts Unit "Instrumental Festival" at the Sydney Opera House & at school & community events.
