Our School Cross Country was held on Monday 11 May

Cheering could be heard miles away from Timbrell Park at our Annual Cross Country Carnival.

Students from Years 2 to 6 each had a turn to race in their age event. They were all very tired and red-faced but they were still smiling. Children that finished in the top twenty gained important points for their house teams. Parents were also on hand to cheer on all the children. It was an exhausting but very exciting day for all.

Thank you to parents who contributed to the day. It made a huge impact on the way our Carnival was conducted. Thank you also to Mr McMichael for all of his excellent organisation.

Congratulations to Waratah House who won the Carnival on 444 points. Banksia were second with 421 points, Bottlebrush third with 385 points and Wattle finished with 340 points. Well done all!

The first four runners in each event will compete at the WSPSSA Carnival, which will be held at Majors Bay Reserve on Wednesday 26 May.

Our school team will consist of: Abigail S, Mahaela O, Erika R, Ruby N, Gordan S, Sidharth K, Jeremy M, Nicholas R, Carolyn J, Hannah G, Jessica G, May Lee R-T, Ben S, Bryce N, Connor F, Marcus L, Lina B, Simone T, Kirstin M, Sara H, Thomas B, Soroush Z, Nicholas K-T, Romeet G, Isabella S, Rebekah C, Alice S, Michi S, Michael M, Seru M-T, Cristian R, Lachlan R-T, Bowen M
