Sydney Region Music Festival @ the Sydney Opera House

The HPS Senior Choir performed 9 songs at the Sydney Opera House as part of the Sydney Region Primary Choir of 500 students on Sunday August 1.

As well as the 26 choir students, Haberfield was represented by three talented string players, Soroush 6C, Nicholas 5D, & Rebecca 6C in the Sydney Region Orchestra.

The Sydney Region Music Festival is an event that encompasses students from Kindergarten to Year 12. It involves a collection of over 70 schools within the massed Primary Choir and individual items from both Primary and High schools.

All students did themselves and our school proud. Thanks to Mr Douglas who helped me on the day.
